Conservation Camp

West Virginia Garden Clubs are encouraged to sponsor youth at a camp focused on being in nature.  This is a great way to encourage our youth to take an active part in preserving and appreciating the wonder of West Virginia.  Clubs that sponsor youth or know of a camp that should be listed should inform the Campership Chair.

JUNIOR CONSERVATION CAMP  

Junior Camp is sponsored by WVDEP, the WV Division of Environmental Protection.

WHO:  Camp is open to all West Virginia boys and girls aged 11 to 14 years old  (must be 11 before June 17 and not 15 before June 21)

WHERE:   Cedar Lakes (Ripley, WV)
