WV Garden NEWS Submission Guidelines

Articles, photos and club news are always welcome and will be run as space permits. They should be submitted via e-mail. All digital photos should be high resolution and should use jpeg format. Clearly identify those in the photo and include where, when and why. Artwork should be submitted in jpeg or tiff formats. When submitting text, please do not use all caps anywhere within the copy. Clippings and articles published elsewhere cannot be reproduced without written permission from the publisher. With any submission, include contact information in case clarification is needed. Please note all deadlines listed on the WVGC calendar and try to keep them in a timely manner .This allows the publication to be produced and mailed according to schedule. Information may be forwarded to Garden News Editor for the Fall, Winter and Summer issues each year.

$4.50 per year for members included in $10.00 dues
Non-members, $6 per year; single copies: $2 each

Full page $150, half $90, quarter $60, eighth $40, one inch $20
Discount 10% for yearly ad

Please notify Circulation via regular or e-mail as soon as possible so you don’t miss an issue! Include your club name, new address and old address.
